It is composed of aluminum-zinc steel plate as the base material, fingerprint-resistant coating, colored sand, and acrylic resin.
1) The medium galvanized steel sheet is electroplated with an electroplating solution composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, and its workability and paintability are basically the same as those of galvanized steel.
2) There is a fingerprint-resistant coating on the aluminum-zinc plated. The fingerprint-resistant coating protects the aluminum-zinc layer. At the same time, the fingerprint-resistant coating can make the aluminum-zinc steel plate better bond with the colored sand, and the fingerprint resistant coating The color is divided into colorless, transparent and light green.
3) Colored sand is the decorative layer and base protection layer of metal tiles. It is made of basalt particles with a certain size through high-tech coloring process and high-temperature sintering. With more than ten colors, it is resistant to ultraviolet radiation and can reduce the noise caused by rainwater to the metal tiles.
4) Acrylic resin is the key material for bonding steel plate and colored sand, and at the same time as a protective layer on the surface of sand mining, preventing rainwater leakage in detail and prolonging the life of sand color
